No words can describe the void in my life now that my friend has left this world. I will miss his friendship, the love he showed for his wife and children, his loyalty to his friends, his leadershipfor his work family, his great people skills, his entertaining stories, his zest for life, and the love he had for his heavenly father. Kennette,
You and the family are in our prayers. May God give you comfort. We are here if you need anything.
I knew Dennis through Kenette.
Kennette and I met when we were both divorced and lived in the same neighborhood.
Kennette practically helped raise my two daughters.
Dennis came into Kenette’s life a few years after her first marriage 25 or so years ago and literally lit her life up. A lot of people will say that Dennis was a bright light to any that knew him, I would suggest he was so full of life he was a beacon, a light house, a towering bon fire. He was always positive, uplifting, funny, a master at conversation, a great friend, energetic, I don’t think there was a sport and a fun activity he didn’t try and do well. and one of the most fun people I’ve ever know.
Anytime I was with him he absolutely glowed with pride of what his kids were doing and had accomplished.
That describes him only a little to others. To describe what he was to Kenette can’t really be imagined. A story book romance, a BIG SCREEN LOVE of proportions few of us have.
He will be missed by many and will continue to be loved and remembered by all that knew him.
Nancy and I will always remember him as an light from God.
He will always live on in our hearts and minds.
Ms. Bethel,
So sorry to here of your loss. We will all miss Dennis. You and your family are in our prayers and thoughts.
Dear Bethel Family,
Words cannot describe how sad we are to hear about Dennis’s passing. We have always loved you guys and will always remember the fun, fun, fun we all had in our baseball days. Having Dennis as a our coach all those years was always a blast! Kennett, Dominique, Brittany, and JT, I will continue to pray for God’s perfect peace and rest for you during this time of grief. Perhaps reading Psalm 139 may bring comfort to you as the days and weeks pass. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

Kennette and Family: We are sad beyond words. We kept saying that surely God has more great work here for our friend, Dennis, before he calls him home. Surely we misunderstood! Please let us be selfish awhile longer and keep him here with us! We have only the best memories of baseball and football, and of all the laughter and good times! We are truly better for having known him! My heart hurts, and we are so very, very sorry for your loss! You and your family are in our prayers….God Bless!

Dennis was cool. He was kind, he was a light to others. Even though it has been years since Ive seen him, I have been in touch with him and close friends of his and his light shines through them, It shines through the internet, By gosh, it jumps right out of the screen and MAKES YOU SMILE! HE will be deeply missed by ALL those whom he touched, even for a moment. HE was a great man, brother, son, husband, dad, and friend. Bringing His light to his brother now. May God reward him aptly for all the joy he spread in this life, and grant him peace and eternal happiness in the next. Goodnight Dennis, give Sean a hug for us. and I think Doug Tatz (above) couldnt have said it better!
Sincere condolences for your loss. May God comfort you in the days ahead.
